About Richard Kurban, CCIM
Richard Kurban works as a licensed real estate broker . He deals with all facets of site selection/real estate as well as establishing new business relationships for the company. Richard has over 10 years of international commercial real estate experience as an investor/manager.
Prior to moving to the United States, in addition to his knowledge in real estate investment, Richard has 10 years of digital marketing experience, specifically in email marketing. Richard was the founder of an email service provider and previously worked as CRM and Email Marketing manager for a high-volume web company. Richard earned the prestigious CCIM designation in 2020 and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Realtor Association, and Marketing Experiments (Marketing Sherpa). In 2021, Richard sat on the board of the Florida Central CCIM district, and has helped the Central CCIM district get more recognition.
Richard is also involved in commercial real estate development, actively invests, builds retail, and mixed use projects. He's always looking for new opportunities and potential JV partnerships to expand on his portfolio.
During his spare time, aside from exercise and tennis, Richard is a massive car enthusiast. On 2 separate occasions, he's been a guest judge at the famous Festivals of Speed! He also spends some of his spare time reviewing cars, attending car events and displaying his experiences on his YouTube channel: Rich With Cars

After a 5 month marketing and listing period, successfully negotiated a sale leaseback for a prominent tourist corridor location in Orlando, FL.
Industrial NNN Lease Negotiation
Successfully negotiated the lease for a local industrial warehouse owner into a long term 7 year NNN lease with a national publicly traded roofing company
Development Strategy and Consulting
Consulting and development of an 8 story office building in the heart of a Middle Eastern populous city, which took over 24 months.
